Quilter Shares Love of Quilting
The owner of Fiberworks is Laura Heine, an internationally renowned quilter and fiber artist. She is especially known for her creativity with free-motion embroidery and machine quilting which she shares in the many quilting classes she teaches. She has designed quilt patterns too numerous to count and now designs punch needle embroidery patterns as well.
Laura is also a popular quilting fabric designer — her latest line, In My Garden, fabric has just been released through RJR Fabrics. She has contributed to several quilting books plus written her own book, Color Fusion. She has had a long-standing relationship with YLI Threads who recently commissioned her to design her own line of Fusions quilting thread.
